2. The second part of the home buying process is knowing what you want. We literally want you to take a seat and write down exactly what your needs and wants are in a home. What features are you looking for? Neighborhood, square footage,price, number of bedrooms, pool/no pool, den/office, golf course?
Please be realistic. If you are looking for a 6 bedroom home, 4300 sf, swimming pool in Scottsdale for $25,000, we are going to be straight up with you and tell that home does not exist. 3. The third step is to schedule an appointment with one of our buyers agent. Based on your criteria, we will recommend an agent that fits your needs.
